History
Limestone is a sedimentary rock that often contains fossils. Travertine forms near hot springs. Both come in light, creamy, warm, subtle tones. The Colosseum in Rome and the Getty Center in Los Angeles are constructed of Travertine. The Getty Center uses 1.2 million square feet of this natural material.
